Accounting Project Manager

• Support financial administration, project documentation, billing coordination, and partner franchise management for large commercial restoration projects
• Serve as a liaison between Project Managers, partner franchises, clients, and the finance team
• Review emergency service documentation, T&M records, and final Xactimate estimates for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Finance Team to facilitate timely invoicing and collections
• Assist with project billing, revenue tracking, and financial reporting
• Monitor project documentation for billing compliance and client requirements
• Track outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-up
• Manage partner franchise onboarding, including MOUs, compliance documentation, and project expectations
• Evaluate partner franchise capabilities and qualifications for large loss assignments
• Maintain referral and partner tracking systems
• Coordinate with Large Loss Team members during Work-In-Progress and EOS meetings
• Track project milestones, documentation requirements, and deliverables
• Serve as a client contact for project status, documentation requests, and billing inquiries
• Maintain Buildertrend, Xactimate, and other project management systems
• Coordinate employee travel arrangements, including hotels, rental vehicles, and per diem tracking
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Construction Management, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years of experience in project administration, project accounting, construction administration, restoration, insurance, or related industries
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Preferred: Experience with Xactimate, Buildertrend, DASH, Encircle, QuickBooks, or Restoration Manager
• Preferred: Previous experience in restoration, construction, catastrophe response, or insurance claims environments
• Preferred: Understanding of project billing, job costing, and T&M documentation
• Preferred: Experience working with multi-location operations or franchise systems
