• Research and identify potential prospects
• Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
• Qualify prospects based on need, interest, budget, timing, and decision-making authority
• Book discovery calls, demos, or follow-up meetings
• Ask questions to understand prospects’ current marketing challenges
• Explain Practice360’s services and value
• Track activity, conversations, objections, and next steps in the CRM
• Follow up with leads until booked, closed, disqualified, or placed into a future follow-up cadence
• Keep the sales pipeline clean, active, and organized
• Share clear notes with the internal team before discovery calls or demos
• Consistently complete outbound activity and book qualified meetings weekly
• Submit timely, complete reporting
• Create new opportunities for Practice360

• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Persistent without being pushy
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Comfortable using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar tools
• Excited to learn Practice360’s services and explain them clearly
• Able to ask open ended discovery questions and identify pain points

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Stable and high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
• Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM and Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher
• Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer
