Senior Frontend Engineer – Media Production

• Design and build the new headless front-end architecture
• Deliver the initial launch page within the early-next-year schedule
• Establish front-end standards, component patterns, testing frameworks, and code review processes
• Maintain ownership of performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and accessibility
• Connect user interfaces with headless CMS platforms and internal APIs
• Mentor team members and collaborate closely with the Core Web engineering manager
• Implement and refine AI-driven agentic workflows across the development lifecycle
• Build a new headless front end for one of the world's most visited news sites

• 5+ years in senior front-end engineering
• Advanced React, Next.js (App Router), and TypeScript
• Experience building on Headless CMS and API-driven content
• Focus on Core Web Vitals, Technical SEO, and Web Accessibility
• Proven record establishing automated testing practices
• Active AI-First workflow using daily AI coding assistants
• Fluent English for daily collaboration with a US team
• Reliable internet connection and a laptop for remote work
• Based in Latin America, as indicated by the required application question and the company's Latin American team context
