Customer Service

• Process customer invoices accurately and within one hour of receipt
• Confirm required stock has been picked against each invoice and raise discrepancies with the relevant team
• Monitor and identify out-of-stock products and advise affected customers
• Provide suitable product substitution options
• Coordinate with internal teams when orders are held pending incoming stock
• Set up new customers on the online ordering platform and test customer logins
• Communicate through Microsoft Teams and email to ensure customer service processes and requests are covered
• Escalate customer questions, issues and exceptions to the appropriate team manager
• Use the ERP system to locate stock availability, product descriptions, customer information and order history
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate, timely and consistent customer service administration

• Minimum 2 years' data entry experience
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning and navigating business systems
• Experience using Pronto or a similar ERP system is preferred
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Collaborative team player who builds effective working relationships
• Flexible and adaptable when priorities or customer requirements change
