Senior Business Analyst

• Lead discovery meetings, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions with clients and business units in Portuguese and English.
• Map the current process and design the proposed process, identifying business rules, exceptions, inputs, outputs, systems involved, and dependencies.
• Assess automation feasibility in collaboration with the technical team, considering process stability, data quality, risks, and expected benefits.
• Prepare and maintain PDDs, flowcharts, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and user acceptance testing scenarios.
• Identify gaps, contradictions, and opportunities for simplification before submitting requests for development.
• Support demand prioritization based on volume, operational effort, impact, criticality, and potential benefits.
• Work with developers and technical leadership to clarify requirements and evaluate alternatives such as RPA, APIs, integrations, and artificial intelligence.
• Monitor development, analyze scope changes, and maintain alignment between the client and technical team.
• Plan and conduct user acceptance testing, document evidence, and track outstanding issues through approval.
• Support implementation, user guidance, and transition to maintenance and support.
• Define and track KPIs to compare operations before and after automation, such as execution time, processed volume, errors, and rework.
• Use AI to support analysis and documentation, applying critical review and safeguarding information confidentiality.
• Connect business needs with the technical team’s solutions throughout the entire demand lifecycle.

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst on RPA and automation projects.
• Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to lead meetings, negotiate requirements, and produce documentation in English.
• Experience preparing PDDs, mapping processes, and creating functional specifications for automation.
• Knowledge of BPMN and process modeling and documentation tools.
• Ability to clearly and objectively detail business rules, exceptions, dependencies, and verifiable acceptance criteria.
• Functional knowledge of RPA and an understanding of integration possibilities through APIs, databases, files, and system interfaces.
• Experience conducting user acceptance testing and tracking demands through implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple demands, organize priorities, and communicate risks and blockers in advance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with AutomationEdge, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL for queries and data validation is a plus.
• Experience with integration platforms such as Skyone, Jitterbit, or n8n is a plus.
• Experience applying AI to processes, document analysis, or conversational assistants is a plus.
• Consulting experience, experience serving multiple clients, or experience on international projects is a plus.
• Experience estimating benefits and measuring automation results is a plus.
