Product Designer

• Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle, from understanding user requirements and conducting research to delivering final design solutions
• Conduct user research, user interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis
• Translate business requirements and user insights into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, design patterns, and UI guidelines
• Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, business analysts, and engineering teams
• Work with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and consistency between design and production
• Use user feedback, analytics, and usability testing results to improve product experiences
• Apply responsive design principles and accessibility standards
• Present design concepts, explain design decisions, and incorporate stakeholder feedback
• Manage multiple design initiatives and deliver high-quality designs within agreed timelines

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar product design role
• Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and design systems
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
• Experience creating user journeys, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Knowledge of responsive web design, mobile-first design, and cross-platform user experiences
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design improvements
• Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines, including WCAG, and usability best practices
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams in an agile environment
• Preferred: experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or complex business workflows
• Preferred: familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts
• Preferred: experience with Adobe Creative Suite, FigJam, or similar tools
• Preferred: understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions
• Preferred: experience designing AI-powered products, dashboards, or data-intensive interfaces
• Preferred: knowledge of design handoff tools and developer collaboration workflows
