Process Design Assistant – Latin America

• Conceptualize and design processes for core property management operations, sales, new services, and client-specific needs
• Implement and test processes within workflow automation software
• Validate functionality and ensure reliable execution across connected systems
• Analyze existing processes and identify improvements in efficiency, task delegation, timelines, and automation
• Review and optimize processes according to PM Ops Standards, industry best practices, and client-specific requirements
• Create, revise, and maintain SOPs for internal use and client engagements
• Translate processes into visual diagrams using tools such as LucidChart
• Ensure processes align with PM Ops Standards and industry best practices
• Implement measures to maintain consistent service quality while handling custom scenarios and exceptions
• Champion continuous process development and improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote efficiency and innovation
• Monitor emerging tools in the property management technology stack and recommend solutions for client engagements
• Walk clients through implemented processes with confidence in this hands-on, client-facing role

• Property management operations experience, including operations management and implementing, coordinating, or improving processes across leasing, resident services, or maintenance, and/or a high degree of technical capability building automations, workflows, or CRM systems
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English with clients
• Experience with workflow automation software
• Ability to design, implement, test, optimize, and document processes
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs
• Experience creating clear visual process diagrams using tools such as LucidChart
• Knowledge of PM Ops Standards and industry best practices
• Ability to handle custom scenarios and exceptions while maintaining consistent service quality
• Ability to assess emerging tools in the property management technology stack
