Consultant, Business Consulting Risk – TMT, CNS, Digital Risk

• Work in EY’s Software and IT Asset Management team across software license compliance, process and governance improvement, software consumption strategies, and managed services
• Apply advanced technologies to analyse and design end-to-end business processes
• Identify inefficiencies using quantitative and qualitative techniques
• Support large-scale data collection and implement business processes to mitigate operational, legal, reputational, regulatory, and economic risks
• Perform risk assessments based on contract terms and conditions
• Extract data and perform analytics to quantify financial and operational compliance with contracts
• Summarize and report complex datasets through dynamic Power BI dashboards
• Administer and support software discovery tools such as SCCM, BDNA, Flexera, and ServiceNow
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, security compliance, and remediation
• Communicate effectively between EY and clients
• Work on multiple projects with shifting priorities
• Seek information independently, solve conceptual problems, coordinate resources, develop project strategies, and deliver results
• Build strong local, area, and global networks with key service line champions
• Work with project managers to ensure project deliverables are timely and high quality
• Lead meetings, identify issues, and propose solutions with autonomy and responsibility
• Work with senior stakeholders at software vendors and EY clients up to board level

• A graduate degree or higher
• 1 - 6 years of SAM or Software License Compliance experience
• Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI
• Experience working with software discovery tools such as Flexera, BDNA, SCCM, and ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization technologies, network topologies, software vendor license agreements, and licensing terms
• Understanding of IT processes and IT infrastructure, including applications, databases, operating systems, Oracle, Windows, and Linux
• Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills, including analysis of complex and disparate datasets using pivot tables and functions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a diverse team and dynamic environment where remote working is required
• CSAM/ISO 19770/ITAM/BSA SAM qualification preferred
• PMP/PRINCE2 project management certification preferred
• IT vendor certification such as Microsoft Certified Professional
• Big 4 experience and training
• B-Tech qualification
