Middle QA Automation Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web applications and banking platforms
• Execute functional, manual, and regression testing activities to validate product quality
• Analyze, document, and track defects while working closely with development teams on issue resolution
• Improve and maintain automation frameworks using Python, pytest, and Playwright
• Develop reusable test components utilizing Page Object Model and fixture-based approaches
• Validate new features, system enhancements, and production fixes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality assurance processes and testing standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality software deliveries
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders across the full testing lifecycle

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation
• Hands-on experience with Python for test automation development
• Strong knowledge of pytest and automated testing frameworks
• Experience creating and maintaining automated UI tests using Playwright
• Proficiency with Git and version control best practices
• Experience implementing and maintaining Page Object Model (POM) frameworks and fixtures
• Strong experience executing regression tests and validating application functionality
• Experience performing defect analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and QA best practices
• Experience with functional and manual testing in banking environments
• Knowledge of banking processes and financial services workflows
• Previous experience working with Bantotal solutions
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration
• Experience working in Agile development environments
