Dutch Customer Support

• Provide customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform in the Netherlands and Belgium
• Work fully remotely from anywhere in Portugal
• Work Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts
• Complete paid training
• Support customers in a customer-facing role

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
• Available for full-time work and rotating shifts
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal
• Updated CV in English
• Willingness to work Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts
• Ability to work 40 hours/week
