People and Delivery Lead

• Take direct people-management responsibility for developers, Tech Leads and Staff Engineers
• Support performance, growth and career development
• Own delivery reliability and continuously improve collaboration, workflows and delivery practices
• Foster trust, ownership and continuous improvement so teams become increasingly autonomous
• Co-own the value stream's OKRs with the Product Manager
• Facilitate retrospectives, planning sessions and other team rituals
• Join the Value Stream Leadership Team and help steer priorities, delivery, architecture and quality
• Partner with the other People & Delivery Lead on planning, shared Flow and DORA metrics
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers on incident-management practices
• Embed OKRs alongside the CPO
• Work with the Head of Engineering to establish a shared Definition of Done and improve collaboration across engineering

• Several years in engineering or delivery management
• Direct people-management responsibility for software developers
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams or cross-functional team structures
• Servant-leadership approach focused on empowering teams, encouraging ownership and supporting individual growth
• Strong collaboration skills and confidence partnering with technical leaders while respecting architectural ownership
• Knowledge of agile delivery practices and metrics such as Flow and DORA
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluent English
• German proficiency at a minimum C1 level
• Must reside in Germany
• Experience in a scale-up or organizational transformation is an advantage
• Familiarity with fintech, mortgage technology or CRM platforms is welcome but not required
