Senior AI and MSP Specialist

• Build a client Copilot agent from scratch
• Secure the Copilot agent correctly
• Connect the agent to business systems
• Troubleshoot issues independently
• Train client staff
• Deliver AI governance workshops
• Become Elevate's AI practice lead

• 10+ years of experience in IT or technical roles, with broad technical knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, automation, or related technologies, with practical experience using AI tools and implementing automation solutions
• Open-minded and adaptable, with the ability to wear multiple hats, including assisting the helpdesk team and handling support tickets when required
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including the M365 Admin Center
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including building, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Copilot agents, as well as resolving issues with other AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
• Strong understanding of AI security and data leakage risks
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, DLP and sensitivity labels
• Strong experience with SharePoint and SharePoint security
• Strong SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Entra ID knowledge
• Ability to connect agents to business systems using APIs and Power Automate
• Ability to run client workshops, training sessions and AI readiness assessments
• Ability to create professional documentation, governance policies and best practices
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to understand client requirements, explain technical solutions clearly, and work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Technology, or comparable experience (advantageous)
• MSP experience (advantageous)
• PowerShell and Python (advantageous)
• Microsoft Graph API (advantageous)
• RAG / knowledge-base solutions (advantageous)
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) (advantageous)
• Security certifications (advantageous)
