Recruiter

• Manage recruitment processes for roles at various levels and across different industries
• Define sourcing and talent-hunting strategies
• Conduct proactive searches for strategic and specialized positions
• Maintain and organize the talent pool
• Prepare reports, assessments, and technical feedback
• Work independently as an independent contractor for RHF Talentos

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection (consulting experience is a plus)
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho, Pandapé, etc.)
• Strong competency-based interviewing skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Active business registration (CNPJ) to work independently
• Availability to work remotely
• Laptop or computer in excellent working condition
• Microsoft Office installed and fully functional
• Stable internet connection, headset with microphone, and a professional work environment
• University degree
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (a plus)
• Experience filling strategic and high-volume positions (a plus)
