Full-Cycle Recruiter – Skilled Trades, Home Services

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and candidate screening through hiring recommendations and offer acceptance across multiple client accounts.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate experience, qualifications, reliability, communication, and role suitability.
• Maintain organized recruiting pipelines, monitor candidate progress, follow up consistently, and prevent delays.
• Serve as a recruiting partner to U.S.-based clients by providing updates, discussing hiring challenges, managing expectations, and recommending next steps.
• Evaluate candidate profiles, communicate strengths and concerns, and recommend candidates based on job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Identify recruiting funnel bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Raise concerns early, communicate risks, address difficult conversations professionally, and recommend practical solutions.
• Balance multiple active openings and client priorities while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and recruiting momentum.
• Follow through on commitments, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve recruiting processes and results.

• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients or hiring teams, including direct client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and making hiring recommendations.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid NBI Clearance.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
• Reliable internet connection and a backup plan for power or internet interruptions.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, home services, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical roles.
• Experience conducting client calls and advising hiring managers or business owners on recruiting challenges.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms such as Recruitee, HubSpot, and Slack.
