AI Application Developer

• Design and build AI agent applications and multi-step workflows that automate business tasks
• Add AI features to existing Sperton applications and client systems
• Support the existing team and ongoing technology work on live projects
• Integrate LLMs, external APIs, databases, and third-party platforms
• Implement RAG, knowledge retrieval, and structured data extraction
• Build reliable and secure systems with proper testing, logging, and monitoring
• Translate business needs into practical solutions with stakeholders and development teams
• Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks and implement effective solutions

• 4+ years in full-stack or at least backend development
• Strong Python or Node.js/TypeScript skills
• REST API and third-party integration experience
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications or AI agents, using OpenAI or other providers
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK
• Understanding of tool calling, structured outputs, context management, and RAG
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases
• Track record of deploying and debugging production applications
• Recruitment or sales agent development experience is a plus, not required
• WordPress development, especially adding AI features to existing WordPress sites, is a plus, not required
• Ability to work starting between 11 AM and 12 PM Pakistan time
