Senior Business Development Professional – SaaS Sales

• Generate and convert leads across key market segments to hit sales targets
• Build and grow relationships with enterprise, government, and partner accounts
• Shape sales strategy, pricing, and negotiation plans that drive growth and profitability
• Manage RFPs/RFIs/tenders end-to-end, coordinating internally for on-time delivery
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts, plans, and reports
• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across buyer personas
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategy for launches and feature rollouts
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to keep campaigns aligned to business goals
• Build sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive battlecards
• Support demand-generation campaigns with persona-driven content, including blogs, videos, and webinars
• Run market research and competitive analysis to spot trends and openings
• Track campaign and sales performance to optimize outcomes
• Manage budgets for campaigns, promotions, and events
• Turn data into recommendations that improve conversion and revenue
• Prove the model through hands-on results before building and leading a small BD team
• Use AI tools while validating accuracy, completeness, logic, and compliance of AI-assisted work

• Excellent English communication — non-negotiable
• Experience selling into the US market
• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5–7 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales, business development, or product marketing
• A track record of selling and positioning SaaS-based IT solutions
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated success leading teams and consistently hitting revenue targets
• Sharp analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decisions
• Fluent with AI tools — ChatGPT and similar are a mandatory part of the workflow
• A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset across functions
• Legal authorization to work in your region
• Experience in video, evidence management, or public safety technology
• Familiarity with CJIS Security Policy-aligned architecture, the Microsoft ecosystem, or public safety markets
• Knowledge of enterprise or government procurement (RFP/RFI)
