Team Lead, PV Project Management – New Energy Utility-Scale Projects

• Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of utility-scale PV projects in terms of budget, schedule, quality, and safety
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a project management team, including the active development of structures and capacity
• Proactive identification, assessment, and management of risks at both project and portfolio level
• Acting as the team’s first point of escalation
• Fostering a solution-oriented team culture in collaboration with adjacent departments
• Ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards while actively promoting continuous learning within the team
• Results-oriented stakeholder management with clients, grid operators, service providers, public authorities, and internal planning departments
• Designing, establishing, and delivering meaningful weekly status reporting

• University degree in engineering, industrial engineering, renewable energy, or a comparable technical qualification combined with a strong commercial understanding
• Several years of demonstrable professional experience in the technical delivery of EPC projects in the Commercial & Industrial sector, as well as in-depth knowledge of rooftop PV systems
• Demonstrable experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of project teams, along with enthusiasm for actively building new team structures
• Strong hands-on mentality, decisive approach, and the composure to maintain a clear perspective even during dynamic, high-pressure periods
• Confident presence in technical negotiations with partners, investors, and public authorities
• Fluent German and English skills suitable for negotiations
• Residence in the Stuttgart area or Southern Germany
