App Store Optimization Specialist – Mid-Senior

• Increase organic app installs through keyword and conversion rate optimization for App Store and Google Play listings
• Rank apps for highly competitive keywords
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to launch app-store experiments and identify winning creative assets
• Continuously develop new methods, strategies, and ideas to improve organic performance and drive mobile sales

• 2+ years of experience working with ASO or SEO
• Deep understanding of ASO, including Google Play and App Store algorithms, optimization methods, and strategies for driving app installs
• Successfully optimized app listings and reached top organic positions in Google Play and App Store
• Solid knowledge of A/B testing frameworks
• Experience running A/B tests in Google Play and App Store
• International experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Teamwork, openness to giving and receiving feedback, willingness to share knowledge, and good sense of humor
• Experience with other app stores such as Huawei AppGallery and Samsung Galaxy Store would be a plus
• Must be currently based in Poland and able to work from Poland
