Marketing & Growth Intern, 3–6 Months

• Help set up, test, and evaluate performance marketing campaigns
• Analyze funnel and conversion metrics and derive improvements from the findings
• Expand lead generation, for example through LinkedIn
• Maintain and learn to use the CRM system (HubSpot)
• Automate processes, for example with Make
• Build dashboards and reports that make decision-making easier
• Work directly with the founders on growth, marketing operations, and revenue-generating initiatives

• You are studying marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field, preferably at a top university (e.g., HSG, WHU, TUM, or LMU)
• You work independently, communicate clearly, and take initiative
• Understanding of automation tools (e.g., Make or Zapier)
• Fluent in German and English
• Nice to have: Initial experience in performance marketing or growth projects
• Nice to have: Initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
• Nice to have: Initial experience with lead-generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
