Data Scientist I

• Develop, implement, and enhance Artificial Intelligence solutions focused on Computer Vision
• Develop models for object detection, classification, segmentation, and tracking in images and videos
• Design, train, and optimize deep neural networks using CNNs, Transformers, and generative models
• Build and maintain pipelines for the preparation, processing, annotation, and augmentation of visual data
• Conduct model experimentation, evaluation, and validation by defining metrics and monitoring performance indicators
• Apply transfer learning, fine-tuning, and hyperparameter optimization
• Develop scalable, high-quality code in Python
• Implement MLOps processes for model versioning, monitoring, packaging, and deployment
• Optimize and compress models for edge and embedded devices
• Use cloud computing and GPU-based infrastructure
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams
• Stay up to date with trends, research, and emerging technologies in AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision
• Support the dissemination of technical knowledge and the professional development of team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Solid experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
• Proficiency in Python and advanced experience with PyTorch
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and large volumes of data
• Analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset
• Strong command of the Data Science and AI library ecosystem
• Knowledge of TensorFlow/Keras
• Graduate degree or specialization in AI, Data Science, or a related field is a plus
