CRM Specialist, HubSpot

• Design and implement automated, multichannel communication journeys for welcome, nurturing, reactivation, and sales
• Create and calibrate Lead Scoring models and apply Intent Data to prioritize opportunities for the sales team
• Write and optimize copy for marketing emails, newsletters, WhatsApp messages, and SMS
• Map and automate transitions between lifecycle stages: Subscriber, Lead, MQL, SQL, and Customer
• Use Artificial Intelligence features to accelerate content creation, automation, and predictive analytics
• Create and send satisfaction surveys and market intelligence forms to enrich the database
• Plan and execute A/B tests for subject lines, send times, CTAs, and content formats
• Monitor performance dashboards and reports to recommend funnel optimizations

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field
• Previous solid experience managing and executing CRM Marketing and automation strategies is preferred
• Proven track record in planning and optimizing customer engagement journeys and conversion campaigns is preferred
• Strategic and persuasive copywriting for CRM channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS)
• Lead Scoring modeling and customer lifecycle management
• Use of native and external Artificial Intelligence tools and resources applied to CRM
• Creation of integrated surveys (NPS, CSAT, and qualification forms)
• Metrics analysis (CRM Analytics) and execution of A/B tests
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor adjustments to email templates
• Analytical, data-driven mindset
• Autonomy, proactivity, and a commitment to continuous experimentation
• Excellent written communication and user-focused empathy
• Strong organizational skills and effective management of deadlines and priorities
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, and Growth teams
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
