Marketing Manager – Neuromodulation

• Define and execute the marketing strategy and roadmap for the Neuromodulation business across Turkey
• Lead product and therapy launch planning, including positioning, segmentation, pricing and go-to-market strategies
• Gather Voice of Customer insights and market intelligence to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decisions
• Build relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Support scientific and educational activities and Medical Advisory Boards
• Partner with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, Finance and other cross-functional teams
• Develop business cases, assess return on investment and monitor marketing performance
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to new technologies and product development
• Help ensure successful market introduction of new products and therapies

• At least 10 years of experience in the medical device industry
• Ideally 5 or more years in marketing roles
• Strong strategic marketing experience
• Ability to develop business plans and translate market insights into effective marketing initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence key stakeholders
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Ability to understand and communicate technical, clinical and scientific information
• Strong analytical and business acumen
• Experience developing business cases and evaluating commercial opportunities
• Neuromodulation and medical implant experience would be a strong advantage
• Previous commercial or sales experience would be highly valued
• Involvement in product development or new therapy launches would be highly valued
