Operations Analyst – Pharmaceutical Industry

• Communicate by email and phone with customers and distributors in Latin America in Spanish
• Monitor purchase orders from receipt through final delivery to the customer, ensuring compliance with the specified delivery time frame
• Communicate in writing with the U.S.-based Customer Service (CS) team in English
• Communicate with the company’s Sales team in Spanish
• Use Excel spreadsheets to track activities and order status
• Prepare Excel reports and ensure compliance with specified delivery deadlines
• Ensure adherence to departmental policies to support the smooth execution of processes

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Fluent or native-level Spanish
• Fluent English
• Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and report extraction; testing will be conducted
• Administrative experience required
• Preferably able to easily commute to the South Zone of São Paulo
