Mid-Level Billing Analyst

• Provide support and maintenance for Billing processes under the Comgás and Sulgás contracts.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, errors, and issues related to billing.
• Conduct requirements analysis and support the implementation of system improvements and enhancements.
• Monitor support tickets, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive solutions.
• Support functional testing and validation of implemented fixes and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure service quality and continuity.
• Contribute to the documentation of processes and implemented solutions.

• Experience as a Billing Analyst.
• Experience working on AMS and/or AD projects.
• Knowledge of billing processes.
• Experience analyzing and resolving incidents, providing system support, and implementing system improvements.
