Working Student – CRM Consultant

• Support delivery of HubSpot-powered CRM solutions on client projects
• Support client discovery sessions by taking notes, documenting business requirements, and identifying key challenges
• Assist with dashboards, reports, presentations, and basic CRM workflows
• Configure CRM properties, forms, and simple automations within HubSpot
• Participate in testing and quality assurance for CRM implementations
• Support data mapping and integration planning sessions
• Work with Project Managers and Consultants on project delivery processes and timelines
• Develop foundational knowledge of HubSpot CRM and related tools
• Complete HubSpot Academy certifications during onboarding and development
• Identify underused CRM features and optimisation opportunities
• Support onboarding coordination, documentation, training notes, guides, and client enablement materials
• Collaborate with consultants, specialists, and project teams across client engagements
• Contribute to team learning, retrospectives, and improvement discussions
• Explore responsible use of AI tools for CRM workflows, documentation, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Stay informed about HubSpot features, CRM best practices, emerging technologies, and digital trends

• Currently enrolled at a German university in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme
• Available to work approximately 20 hours per week during term time
• Must be based in Germany
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong interest in CRM systems, digital transformation, consulting, or marketing technology
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable asking questions
• Previous exposure to HubSpot, CRM platforms, or digital tools is advantageous but not required
