• Converse with the model on language scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Challenge advanced language models on Chinese-language topics and document failure modes
• Help improve AI training data for language models

• Chinese language expertise, including Chinese grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics
• Expertise with tonal variations, Simplified vs. Traditional characters, regional dialects, Chinese idioms, sentence structure, and cultural context
• Master’s or PhD in Chinese language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal
• Peer-reviewed publications, translation experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects signal fit
• Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work”
• Geographic location may affect the final offer rate

• Pay range of $6–$65 per hour
