Full Stack Developer

• Design and implement software modules integrating the accessibility-focused platform with customer systems
• Design and develop scalable and reliable software components
• Apply development best practices and coding standards to create scalable, maintainable, and secure software
• Maintain application quality, responsiveness, reliability, and security
• Develop and support solutions using C#, .NET, React, Redux, Material UI, and Node.js
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
• Contribute to cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Prototype, test, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
• Apply secure software-development practices throughout the development lifecycle
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation
• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional team members
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship when needed
• Stay current with software-development trends, technologies, and industry best practices

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Experience with C# and the .NET Framework
• Experience working in a Windows development environment
• Experience with React, Redux, and Material UI
• Experience working with Node.js
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
• Strong prototyping, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong understanding of software security and secure software-development practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Hands-on, proactive attitude with willingness to take ownership
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or the Caribbean
