Operations Associate – Hiring, Client Delivery

• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial
• For hiring operations: run sourcing, screening, scheduling, funnel management, tracker maintenance, and identify broken processes
• For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; maintain timelines and prevent stalls
• Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked
• Make real daily decisions and take ownership of their outcomes
• Identify when processes are failing and communicate problems clearly and honestly
• Make decisions on live work during the paid trial and respond to direct feedback

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job
• During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day, with 2 hours at a fixed time inside the working day; current job may be kept during the trial
• If successful, give notice and join full time within 30 days
• Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live
• Strong written English
• Based in Romania
• Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one
• Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months
• Able to complete the application, asynchronous interview, aptitude tests, video introduction, verification, paid screen, and paid trial process

• 1200 USD per month on hire, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked
• Pass your 90-day review and your pay goes up by 50 percent
