HR Business Partner

• Serve as a core member of the Management team in the Large Motors & Generators Division
• Drive HR’s overall contribution to the business
• Work with leaders to understand current and long-term business drivers
• Identify where HR can add value
• Translate business objectives into HR priorities
• Implement HR priorities with managers and the HR team
• Collaborate with Centers of Expertise and global business services
• Drive high performance aligned with global business standards, KPIs, and targets
• Represent HR within the broader business
• Build strong relationships with leaders
• Provide expert guidance on HR matters
• Identify and act on organizational and people capabilities needed for future success
• Use HR analytics to interpret organizational trends and dynamics
• Turn HR insights into actionable strategies
• Lead the HR team
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Several years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience working in a blue-collar-oriented environment
• Ability to manage multiple demands and work in cross-functional teams
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Swedish and English
• Swedish proficiency
• English proficiency
• Sweden PR/citizenship or a Sweden work permit
