Support Engineer

• Keep Kyivstar's Big Data platform and data products running reliably
• Own the full incident lifecycle from alert and triage through root-cause analysis, permanent fix, and prevention
• Maintain environments and applications across AWS, on-premises servers, and Kubernetes clusters
• Support development and BA teams
• Configure and maintain monitoring systems
• Manage incidents

• 0,5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Experience with git
• Experience with sh/bash
• Experience with diagnostic tools (curl, telnet, dig, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring and alerting systems like Prometheus, Grafana or others
• Experience using configuration management software (Ansible, Terraform) (plus)
• Experience working with scripting languages; Python preferred (plus)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (plus)
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI or others (plus)
• Experience with ELK stack (plus)
• Understanding of infrastructure as code and GitOps principles (plus)
• Experience working with cloud; AWS preferred (plus)
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or others (plus)
