HRIS Analyst

• Analyze and report on HR data using Workday
• Troubleshoot complex Workday reporting issues independently
• Validate data accuracy and identify gaps
• Recommend scalable technical solutions
• Generate actionable insights from complex data sets
• Work with Workday Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics with a University degree, or 3+ years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics with a master’s degree
• Preferably experience within an HR function
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports; Advanced Calculated Fields; Discovery Boards; Storyboards; Worksheets; and Workday Prism Analytics
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex Workday reporting issues, validate data accuracy, and recommend scalable technical solutions
• Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and reporting best practices
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance
• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel-based reporting) is a plus
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify gaps, and generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
