Trainer – Instructor for Career Retraining as an IT Specialist – Systems Integration (m/f/d)

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
• Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver instruction
• Prepare and develop learning materials based on the curriculum
• Conduct competency assessments
• Support course participants in developing their competencies
• Deliver subject-matter content as an instructor and learning facilitator
• Support people in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market

• Qualification as an IT Specialist in Systems Integration or equivalent
• At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience
• Professional experience configuring and administering Microsoft servers
• Knowledge of virtualization, particularly Hyper-V
• Knowledge of Linux is an advantage
• Interest in AI and ChatGPT, with the ability to integrate these technologies into instruction
• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
• Evidence of pedagogical aptitude, such as an instructor qualification under AEVO
• Strong methodological and instructional skills in conveying educational content
• Independent, structured approach to work and a high level of personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
• Excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
