Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide
• Identify and connect with passive candidates through thoughtful outreach and networking
• Support implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack using AI agents, technical communities, and unconventional sourcing channels
• Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call through final close
• Ensure clear, respectful, and high-quality candidate interactions
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural alignment
• Provide concise, actionable candidate summaries to Hiring Managers and Leadership
• Improve hiring workflows with Founders and Team Leads
• Remove operational friction as the company grows past 100 employees
• Contribute to employer branding and initiatives positioning EverAI as a destination for AI talent

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience attracting talent from major tech hubs such as USA, EU, and LATAM
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Perfect fluency in English
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
• Doer mindset and ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy
• Humble and willing to learn and open to feedback
• Comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models and content
• Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI space is a bonus
• Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader talent acquisition initiatives is a bonus
