Field Service Technician – Berlin

• Commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators
• Service-oriented telephone and in-person consultation for customers from heating companies
• Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
• Participating in the on-call service rotation to provide customers with support as quickly as possible
• Commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps
• Working in the Berlin region: Ludwigsfelde and Fürstenwalde

• Completed relevant vocational training as a SHK systems mechanic (plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer
• Further training as a master craftsperson or technician preferred
• Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
• Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate
• Category 2 refrigerant handling certificate is an advantage
• Valid Class B driving licence
• Good written and spoken German
• Strong technical aptitude
• Strong customer focus
• Willingness to travel
