Technical Representative, Altra Running

• Deliver product training sessions to retail staff in-store and outdoors
• Act as regional product expert and key contact between Altra, sales representatives, and retail accounts
• Share field insights
• Build relationships with retail partners and support store teams
• Ensure high-quality in-store brand presentation through merchandising and POS execution
• Organize events and represent Altra at trade shows, store openings, and customer events
• Lead community engagement efforts and support local brand ambassadors
• Provide reports and presentations
• Manage budgets
• Occasionally support the sales representative in order management

• Experience in retail, field support, or technical representation, ideally in the running or outdoor industry
• Passion for running and deep knowledge of running footwear
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independently
• High willingness to travel
• Valid driver’s license
• Native speaker or fluent in Polish and German
• English language skills are a plus
