Sales Manager

• Evaluate sales opportunities across domains such as BFSI and Telecom
• Identify and target prospective banking and NBFC clients, including digital lending platforms, housing finance companies, small finance banks, and other financial lending institutions
• Increase sales of Bureau Solutions, credit risk solutions, fraud prevention tools, analytics platforms, and decisioning systems
• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the BFSI client base
• Build long-term relationships with client decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Address client challenges related to risk management, regulatory compliance, and customer acquisition
• Present Experian offerings and customize proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies
• Partner with product, analytics, and implementation teams to deliver solutions
• Monitor BFSI industry trends and identify opportunities
• Provide market feedback to product development teams
• Represent Experian at industry events, conferences, and forums
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts
• Track and report revenue growth, client acquisition, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Identify improvement areas and implement strategies to increase sales processes

• About 4+ years of experience in a solution sales / consulting environment or a financial services environment
• Experience with the BFSI ecosystem, including HFC's, SFB's and related domains
• Experience with B2B sales in financial services, technology, or related industries
• Ability to engage with senior partners
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-based selling and account management
• Ability to interpret data and drive insights for decision-making
• Strong negotiation skills
