Senior ORO Labs Developer – Technical, Functional

• Configure and enhance ORO Labs intake forms, approval workflows, routing rules, and business logic
• Manage platform configurations, integrations, security roles, and technical enhancements
• Troubleshoot workflow, data mapping, access, and integration issues
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other teams to understand business requirements
• Support integrations with ERP, CLM, and other enterprise systems
• Participate in SIT/UAT, deployments, production support, and issue resolution
• Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and maintain technical documentation
• Support the transition of technical ownership from an existing vendor

• 5–8 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with ORO Labs — Mandatory
• Experience with procurement intake and orchestration workflows
• Knowledge of APIs, enterprise integrations, and workflow configuration
• Understanding of supplier onboarding, procurement, and contract workflows
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• ORO Labs experience is distinct from OroCommerce, OroCRM, and OroPlatform; experience with those technologies alone does not qualify
