Salesforce Implementation Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects
• Serve as the primary client contact and build long-term relationships
• Guide clients on Salesforce best practices and provide proactive solutions
• Develop and execute project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Review statements of work and manage project scope, budget, timelines, and out-of-scope requests
• Gather business requirements and user stories from clients
• Translate technical requirements for Salesforce Administrators
• Set up new users, adjust page layouts, and build basic reports and dashboards

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated project management role, with a focus on Salesforce implementations
• Proven expertise in leading complex, multi-phase Salesforce implementations in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
• Experience implementing solutions for Sales/Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope while maintaining high client satisfaction
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
• Ability to work autonomously and solve problems with minimal supervision
• Proactive desire to collaborate with internal team members

• Full-Time Position M-F from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time
• 100% remote for candidates based in LATAM
