E-commerce Specialist

• Independently develop solutions by studying information needs and conferring with users
• Create functional and balanced solutions for business problems using clean code and appropriate design patterns
• Ask questions, seek requirements, and convey knowledge on technical and complex topics
• Evaluate analyses, problem definitions, requirements, solution development, and existing solutions
• Apply system architecture and software design principles and patterns with emphasis on usability
• Protect operations by keeping information confidential and prioritizing application security
• Troubleshoot by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues
• Help the business implement technology improvements and cost-effective solutions
• Develop and implement backend solutions for website content creation and management
• Style homepages from Creative Department designs using CSS
• Manage DNS and database tasks for website launches
• Maintain existing client websites, including adding content or modules and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams
• Build and maintain websites using WordPress
• Work with APIs for enhanced website functionality
• Maintain documentation of development processes and changes
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, business management, or any related field
• 3+ years of experience with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and API Integrations
• Familiarity with DNS, Database management, and ServiceTitan is a plus
• Strong communicator in both spoken and written English
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
• Experience with responsive web design, website maintenance, DNS, databases, WordPress, APIs, and backend solutions
• Ability to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (USA), Monday through Friday (USA)
