Senior Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain Fluent Commerce OMS solutions
• Configure and customize Fluent Commerce workflows
• Develop scalable API-driven and event-based integrations
• Build integrations with ERP, WMS, payment gateways, CRM, loyalty, and eCommerce platforms
• Develop REST APIs, JSON integrations, webhooks, and asynchronous messaging
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, production support, and root cause analysis
• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies
• Mentor junior developers when required

• 5–8 years of software development experience
• 2–3+ years of Fluent Commerce OMS experience
• Strong understanding of OMS and DOM
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and asynchronous integrations
• Experience integrating ERP, WMS, payment gateways, and eCommerce platforms
• Strong debugging and Agile experience
• Omnichannel retail experience preferred
• Cloud-native or microservices exposure preferred
• Event-driven architecture preferred
• CI/CD and DevOps familiarity preferred
• Production support experience preferred
