Strategic Account Executive – DACH, German-Speaking

• Own account planning using a data-driven approach to identify and reach potential customers
• Analyse market landscapes, trends, and dynamics
• Translate high-level plans into targeted sales activity
• Manage pipeline and drive revenue growth
• Maintain pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity in Salesforce
• Lead customer-centric sales through storytelling, vision transfer, and creative presentations
• Serve as a Canva product expert and sell creative solutions addressing customer problems
• Gather customer feedback and market insight to help shape the Product roadmap
• Build long-term customer partnerships
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Post-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams
• Simplify complex situations into customer-ready stories and materials using Canva's worksuite
• Support Canva Enterprise's go-to-market engine and mission to empower organisations to design

• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
• 5+ years of full-cycle selling experience with medium-sized businesses through to large enterprise organisations
• Ideally experience within a technology company
• Demonstrated history of top performance
• Proven success managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting with a focus on new logo attainment
• Ability to navigate complexity, understand complex business challenges, and craft matching solutions
• Ability to create detailed plans for intricate organisations
• Ability to captivate audiences, especially in face-to-face meetings with multiple key stakeholders
• Track record of leading successful negotiations
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and working in a fast-paced environment
