Product Manager

• Develop and enhance a SaaS platform for mortgage brokers in collaboration with Engineering and Design
• Identify user needs and set product priorities
• Manage features from ideation through release
• Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and stakeholder requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Drive the development of new functionality with Engineering, UX/Design, and Compliance
• Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog
• Contribute to refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and prioritization workshops
• Use product analytics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform product decisions
• Serve as the central point of contact for product-related questions and ensure transparent stakeholder alignment
• Use AI tools for Product Discovery, analysis, and specifications
• Share experiences and insights on using AI with the team

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Product Management, as a Product Owner, or in a comparable role
• Ideally, experience in a technology or SaaS company
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Analytical and user-focused mindset
• Experience using data and feedback to inform product decisions and prioritization
• Clear communication skills and the ability to bring together different perspectives
• Interest in artificial intelligence and active use of AI tools
• Fluent German
• Good command of English
• Initial experience with AI-powered product features, such as LLM-based applications or automated document processing (a plus, not required)
• Knowledge of finance, FinTech, or another regulated environment (a plus, not required)
