Estimator, Door Hardware – Ironmongery

• Prepare and send accurate live and tender quotations within required turnaround times
• Create and maintain schedules using the company's scheduling system
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and requests for additional information
• Source products and coordinate sample requests for customers
• Assist with negotiations to achieve competitive pricing where appropriate
• Ensure quotations are accurate, complete, and aligned with customer requirements
• Work closely with the Senior Estimator and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, schedules, and customer communications
• Work with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients and ensure that client expectations are met
• Uphold the values of urgency, reliability, quality, and solution-oriented service in daily activities

• Previous experience in architectural ironmongery or a related construction/building products industry
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Product sourcing and negotiation skills are advantageous
• Customer service-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
