Senior Consultant – Advisor

• Analyze strategic and organizational issues and develop structured, actionable solutions together with the team
• Structure complex problems, evaluate data, and derive well-founded recommendations, such as benchmarks and variance analyses
• Present findings and work with stakeholders at different levels
• Take ownership of work packages and be responsible for their implementation
• Build your own network among clients and further develop your role within the project team
• Work on internal initiatives and support knowledge development across the company
• Work in project teams and independently drive topics forward

• At least two years of experience in management or strategy consulting
• Proven experience working independently on projects or sub-projects
• An above-average university degree with a focus on business or technology
• Ability to quickly structure complex topics and work in a solution-oriented manner
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional presence in client interactions
• Willingness to take ownership of topics and drive them forward
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel as required for projects
