Senior Platform Developer

• Develop and maintain the gaming platform, including customer-facing features, compliance and reporting systems, and core platform components
• Review and debug code with attention to quality, data integrity, edge cases, and unintended effects across the platform
• Participate in software design and architecture discussions
• Own changes throughout the software development life cycle, clarifying requirements, assessing impact, and verifying behaviour after release
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners
• Use AI-assisted development tools, scripting, and automation to improve development and engineering workflows
• Design and perform tests verifying business rules, data accuracy, and failure scenarios
• Work with QA to ensure changes are adequately covered
• Contribute to integrations with payment or game providers, preparation for new markets, new features, and optimization of existing systems

• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js ecosystem
• Previous experience working with AWS or similar solutions, including DynamoDB, Kinesis, Lambda, QuickSight, and S3
• Experience designing and maintaining automated unit and integration tests
• Analytical and methodical problem-solving approach

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer working with back-end systems
• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Experience developing highly available, fault-tolerant systems and maintaining data consistency in event-driven architectures
• Practical experience using AI tools in software development, critically reviewing generated code and validating its behaviour
• Interest in extending AI and automation into engineering workflows
• Experience with compliance, regulatory reporting, or systems requiring data accuracy, traceability, and auditability would be an advantage
