Product Line Manager

• Lead the Product Management function for the Medium Voltage Cable Accessories portfolio across EMEA and Asia
• Define and execute product line strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs, market attractiveness, competitive positioning, and ELIP EMEA strategy
• Analyze Medium Voltage cable accessories markets, utility requirements, qualification processes, customer applications, routes to market, and competitive landscape
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product development, launches, profitability optimization, portfolio rationalization, pricing, and phase-outs
• Translate customer and market insights into product requirements, business cases, and development priorities with R&D
• Develop and execute product launch and go-to-market strategies with Market Development and Sales teams
• Monitor product line performance including orders, revenue, profitability, portfolio vitality, and new product sales
• Evaluate strategic partnerships and potential M&A opportunities
• Align Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance, and Market Development functions
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers
• Ensure compliance with ABB policies and regulatory, safety, integrity, quality, and sustainability requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Line Management, New Product Development, Business Development, or related roles within the electrification industry
• Proven Medium Voltage experience required
• Experience in MV cable accessories, utility markets, and power distribution applications highly preferred
• Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, industry trends, utility qualification processes, and translating these into product priorities and business opportunities
• Experience managing product portfolios, product lifecycle activities, new product launches, and go-to-market strategies
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance in an international environment
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Leadership experience coaching, developing, and inspiring product management teams
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline
