Working Student – Online Marketing Coordination

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels
• Assist in creating and optimising digital content, including website content, newsletters, landing pages and social media materials
• Contribute to SEO initiatives through keyword research, on-page optimisation and website performance monitoring
• Monitor campaign performance, compile reports and provide insights to support continuous optimisation
• Conduct market, competitor and audience research to identify opportunities for improving patient recruitment campaigns
• Collaborate with colleagues across Online Marketing and other internal teams to support shared business objectives
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Online Marketing team
• Assist with additional marketing projects as required

• Fluent German language skills (C2)
• Fluent English (C1/C2)
• Enrolled at a German university, ideally studying Marketing, Communication Science, Digital Media, or a related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Reddit
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and techniques
• Interest in healthcare, clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
• Previous exposure to digital marketing through internships, university projects or part-time work is advantageous but not essential
• Available to work as a part-time working student in Germany
