Onboarding Intern – Customer Success

• Support the analyst team with onboarding operations by configuring customer accounts and assisting with the validation and approval of registrations
• Ensure the quality and completeness of registration information
• Monitor operational routines, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, and propose practical solutions
• Map, review, and, when necessary, restructure internal process guides and manuals
• Ensure documentation is clear, detailed, and up to date
• Partner with different business areas to resolve operational issues and ensure greater speed and efficiency in customer deliveries

• Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program, with graduation expected no earlier than one year from now
• Be available to work 30 hours per week as an intern, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Excel, Docs, Word, etc.)
• Be available to work remotely from home

• Experience with a junior enterprise, student organization, or company is a plus
• Previous experience with automation and/or artificial intelligence (Google Apps Script, n8n, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with tools such as Pipedrive, Zendesk, and Zeev is a plus
