• Define low- and medium-complexity technical solutions for new products
• Map and define dependencies between technical teams involved in building solutions for your team
• Support the team with technical and business knowledge to help execute its activities
• Propose and analyze the impact of parameters and modules to be configured in the company’s systems
• Map the current state of processes and systems with key business stakeholders and identify improvements
• Validate implemented medium-complexity requirements before delivery
• Analyze requests and adjustments with external vendors and relay them to the development team
• Support the gathering of business and software requirements from internal and external users, translating them into system solutions
• Support the preparation of business requirements, functional requirements, and user story documentation
