O&M Manager – Solar & Battery Storage

• Manage the technical operations of the entire PV and battery storage portfolio during ongoing operations
• Centralized monitoring and KPI tracking
• Remote diagnostics, escalation, and systematic follow-up of faults through to resolution
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance measures based on sensor and operational data
• Regular yield reporting
• Dispatch, coordinate, and quality-control service and maintenance assignments across the partner network
• Handle technical and commercial customer inquiries after commissioning
• Technically take over newly commissioned systems

• Extensive experience in technical operations, service, or asset management for photovoltaic systems and battery storage systems
• Successfully completed technical vocational training or a technical degree, with a solid understanding of electrical engineering
• Confident use of modern monitoring and ticketing systems
• Structured, independent, and reliable approach to work
• Hands-on mentality and a strong, professional commitment to customer service
• Business-fluent German
• Good English skills
